However, you will still need other registrations, such as licenses, an assumed business name DBA, and tax IDs as described above. Finally, even one person, sole owner/proprietors working from home or just online can form a LLC or incorporate, in which case, they will not need to file a DBA.

    1. Yes, you need a resale permit to buy the materials wholesale. 2. Yes, you need a business license to cut grass. 3. to sell Kratom, you need all licensing like any business. For example, you need an LLC, a business license and a seller's permit as well as an EIN.

    This is for rescued injured small dogs. I would be paying all expenses for I rescued or injured dogs, and only be reimbursed once the dog was ready for new adopted homes.

    Yes, you need a kennel license, but this operation should be run as a non-profit corporation. You will still need the licenses as well as an EIN, and you can obtain all these here on this site.

    For your launch trailer, you will need all licensing like any business. For example, a business license, a seller's and a DBA. However, in your case, you also need a health inspection.
