SERVICE AGREEMENT
Tax Id Number services are subject to the following Terms:

Tax Id Number is not engaged in rendering legal
advice.
This is a legal
document service: NOT an attorney / legal service.

Tax Id Number 's liability (in the
aggregate) shall not exceed the amount of your purchase. Tax
Id Number & Tax Ids 's entire liability and Customer's exclusive remedy
for damages, whether in contract or in tort, shall be limited at maximum, to a
refund of the fees paid by the Customer.

Tax Id Number shall not be liable to Customer or any
third party for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or
incidental damages (including damages for loss of business profits,
business interruption, loss of business information, and the like),
arising out of the use of Tax Id Number 's
services.

Client must contact Tax Id Number
& Tax Ids within the 14 calendar day to
allow correction of errors. No refunds or adjustments of service fees paid will
be offered in the case of errors.

5. Tax Id Number provides Clients with a service at a fixed
service fee. In the event any service or cost to us extends beyond the usual
length of time, or the service requires additional costs, Client shall be
billed at the published rate of $180.00 per hour.

For the resolution of disputes between the Client and
Tax Id Number relating to or arising out performance
under our terms, you, the Client, and Tax Id Number agree to submit to the jurisdiction of
the Long Beach, California Superior Court.
